01Design & Fabric Consultation
We help you pick the right fabrics and finalize your designs to make sure your clothes look great and are easy to produce. Our team works with you to balance the style you want with the best materials for your budget.
02Material Procurement
Sourcing greige fabric, trims, and hardware against the approved tech pack. Only pre-approved mills enter the supply chain — every lot checked for GSM, shrinkage, and colour consistency.
03Design & Pattern Making
CAD and manual drafting — seam allowances, grading rules, and construction notes locked before fabric is cut.
04Embellishment & Embroidery
Thread counts, placement, and finish benchmarked in prototype before bulk production begins.
05Production Management
Every station — dyeing to cutting — tracked on a master schedule. Bottlenecks resolved before they compound.
06Stitching & Construction
Veteran tailors, organized production floor. Each operator assigned to their area of specialization.
07Quality & 3rd Party Inspection
Internal AQL checks at each stage plus SGS / Intertek audits for buyer-mandated compliance.
08Packing & Shipment Preparation
We carefully check, fold, and pack every item to make sure they stay in perfect condition during delivery. All labels and shipping papers are handled by us so your order arrives ready to go straight onto the racks.
